2. How we use and share your information — lead-sharing with movers
This is the core of our service: we share the information you submit with one or more independent moving companies in our network so they can contact you with quotes for your move. By submitting the form, you understand and agree that your details will be shared with these movers for that purpose. The movers we connect you with are separate businesses and use your information under their own privacy practices.
We may also use your information to operate, improve, and provide our matching service, and to contact you about your request.
3. Calls, texts, and emails — your TCPA consent and opt-out rights
If you check the consent box on our form, you give your prior express written consent for MoveMatch and the moving companies we match you with to call, text, and email you (including by automated technology and prerecorded messages) at the number and email you provided, about your move — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. This consent is not required to use the service or make a purchase, and message & data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, ask to be removed during any call, or contact us using the details below. We honor opt-out and revocation requests promptly.
4. Cookies and local storage
This demo stores your form responses in your browser's local storage so the prototype can show a confirmation. No data is transmitted to a server in this demo.
5. Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the matching service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
