What MoveMatch is. MoveMatch is a free service that matches you with independent local moving companies. We are not a moving company and do not perform, quote, bid on, negotiate, or arrange any move. We simply connect you with movers in our network. You are never required to use any mover we suggest.

1. The service

When you submit our form, we route the details you provide to one or more independent moving companies in our network so they can contact you with quotes. Any move, contract, price, and service is strictly between you and the mover you choose. MoveMatch is not a party to that agreement.

2. No guarantee; your choice

We work to connect you with vetted, licensed movers, but we do not guarantee any specific mover, price, availability, or outcome. You are free to compare the movers we match you with, choose any of them, or choose none. Use of any mover is entirely your decision.

3. Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that MoveMatch and the moving companies it matches you with may call, text, and email you (including by automated technology and prerecorded messages) at the number and email you provided, about your move — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. This consent is not required to use the service or make a purchase, message & data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking to be removed. 4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to only submit contact details you are authorized to use. You agree to deal directly with any mover you choose regarding your move.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveMatch is not liable for the acts, omissions, quotes, or services of any independent mover, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a mover. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
